ReplyDeleteValentines Day (to me) is a day where people show the people they care about how much they love them. But, I think every day should be "Valentine's Day". Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the flowers and chocolates and little gifts I get, but it would be nice if I got them on other times of the year, too. ;) I will be spending the day with my little family who doesn't need a special day to know that I care about them, but it's still fun!

In recent years V-day has become a day to just spend with my family. But this year my son is in kindergarten so its going to be much more fun. I can't wait to make goodies for his class and I'm glad that he has a really small one. My hubby and I aren't the flowers and candy kind of couple, but he always finds the time to do something. A few years ago he made me a heart shaped cake from scratch. He even cut the heart out himself. :-)
